# Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Since we deal with fragile, highly collectible porcelain pieces, we want you to feel completely secure when shopping with us.

### 1. Damaged or Broken Items (Our Guarantee)
Despite our extremely secure packaging, transit accidents can occasionally happen. 
* **If your item arrives damaged or broken, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.**
* **What to do:** Please inspect your order upon reception. If any item is damaged, take clear photos of the broken miniature and the packaging, and contact us at **maisonfeve@gmail.com** within **48 hours** of delivery. 

### 2. Returns & Exchanges
Because of the unique and highly collectible nature of French fèves and miniatures, we accept returns under the following conditions:
* You must contact us within **14 days** of delivery to request a return.
* Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
* **Return Shipping:** Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

### 3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
* If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **5 to 7 business days**.
