At Maison Fève, we understand that our delicate porcelain miniatures are precious treasures. We take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world.

### 1. Order Processing Time
* **Standard Orders:** All orders are processed and carefully packed within **2 to 3 business days**.
* **Custom/Large Orders:** For larger collectible sets, please allow **3 to 5 business days** for us to secure and double-check every single piece before shipment.
* We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

### 2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time
We ship globally from our studio. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

### 3. Packaging & Safety
Every miniature is individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap, cushioned within a sturdy shipping box to prevent any movement or friction during transit. We take pride in our "zero-breakage" packaging standard.

### 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Maison Fève is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
