### 1. Accuracy of Miniature & Collectible Information
* We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, details, and textures of our porcelain miniatures. 
* However, as many of our products are vintage, hand-painted, or crafted using specialized ceramic glazes, minor variations in color, glaze patterns, and tiny surface details are natural characteristics of these unique pieces and are not considered defects.

### 2. Pricing and Payments
* All prices displayed on our store are in USD and do not include shipping fees or potential customs duties (which are calculated at checkout or by your local customs office).
* We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

### 3. Orders and Inventory Limitations
* Due to the rare and highly collectible nature of French fèves and vintage miniatures, many items in our shop are available in extremely limited quantities (often only one piece in stock).
* In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed (e.g., simultaneous purchases), we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

### 4. Shipping & Delivery Liability
* Our liability for the safe transit of your items ends once the package is successfully delivered to the carrier. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
* While we guarantee refunds or replacements for items broken during transit (as stated in our Refund Policy), we are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported lost or stolen by the customer.

### 5. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using our site or its content:
* For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
